Bessie G Ratcliffe, "Pat", age 78, of Villas passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Victoria Manor after a long illness. Pat was born March 11, 1937 in Mount Holly, NJ. She is the daughter of the late James L and the late Beatrice E (Goldy) Phillips. Pat was a seamstress by trade. She is survived by her husband of 55 years Ralph; and her children: William, Vanessa, & John. Also surviving are her brother Foster ("Butch"), her sister Beatrice, 3 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
