Charles I Foxman, 47, of North Cape May passed away on Saturday, August 21, 2010. Born in Philadelphia, he lived most of his life in Atlantic County, NJ. Charles was a dealer at Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. He worked previously as a casino dealer in Las Vegas and at Abe's Oyster House in Atlantic City. Charles enjoyed video games, football, and was an avid New England Patriots fan.
He was preceded in death by his mother Ann Marie in 2009. Charles is survived by his brothers: Gene Foxman & Jeff Foxman both of North Cape May, and his step father John Toto. Funeral services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
